The Finance module includes all the accounting management tools required: banking transactions, general journal, general ledger, bank reconciliation, budget forecasts, income statement, trial balance and balance sheet. It also integrates supplier's record and accounts payable. Adapted to the specific needs of childcare centres, it integrates project-based and component-based accounting.
The Finance module (previously named “Accounting”) offers many new tools to optimize childcare management. It now includes the electronic funds transfers option. Among the most important new functionalities are:
This functionality generates a substantial saving of time and effort and allows all data to be exported to the government's Excel file in just a few clicks. All information can be transferred, including Appendix 4, the occupancy rate and the trial balance.
Its new financial statements editor now offers more flexibility. Income statements, balance sheet and other types of reports (a comparative report between two years, for example) can now be produced based on your specific needs. The editor also lets you select and include only the data and information you want, depending on the use of the document produced.
The percentage breakdown of expenses by component for each supplier can be established. It will then be processed automatically when accounts payable are entered.
