The Childcare module facilitates management of children's attendance, billings to parents, processing of subsidies and issuing of tax receipts. It also allows management of all information concerning children and their parents.

What's new?

Accounting of subsidy receivables

It reduces manual accounting entries. The system takes subsidy income into account upon childcare fees billing. Accounting is instantly updated.

Default attendance schedule

This tool allows to account for different weekly attendance cycles (for example, a child with a different schedule from week to week due to shared parental custody or a child who has to be absent for a scheduled vacation). The billing schedule adjusts automatically to this agenda. The agenda is scalable and allows retention of the history of each case.

Management of the CLSC-CPE protocol

Allows to save time previously spent on filling out the CLSC-CPE protocol section (Table 1.3). Gestionnaire 2006 does it automatically.
