Ergonomics

Gestionnaire 2006 design was entirely reviewed to offer a more efficient and user-friendly navigation.

An improved search module searches all information instead of being limited to the records displayed or the current sorting, like in previous versions.

New screen resolution

To meet the needs of a growing majority of its users, Gestionnaire 2006 is now presented with 1024 resolution. It thus offers a 25% bigger display surface, giving access to more information at a glance.

New interface

All the navigation buttons have been grouped on a single bar, leaving additional space to display information.

Integration of a navigation tree allowing:

• Easier navigation between lists, reports and graphs;
• Creation of static folders to organize information according to needs;
• Creation of dynamic folders, based on filters;
• Inclusion of folders grouped for easier consultation of information.

New data mining tools

In “list” mode

• Possibility of sorting all columns automatically simply by clicking on the column header (no need to create sorting categories);
• Possibility of “cut and paste” of information zones or lists to the clipboard;
• Possibility of marking folders directly with the mouse;
• Easier exporting of lists and choice of several formats;
• Possibility of printing all lists including those in the tabs;
• Identification of the number of marked records by that of the current directory;
• Display of totals for the monetary and quantitative fields;
• Choice of ascending or descending sorting;
• Display of information in bubble format when the column is not wide enough to display all information;
• Positioning of the cursor on the next record, after archiving or deletion of a record (the cursor does not return to the beginning of the list).

In “record” mode

• Possibility of capturing the desired information directly to go into “edit” mode;
• Support of several photo formats for individual records;
• Addition of a tab to all individual records allowing attachments to be saved, thus saving and centralizing the documents to be stored directly in the persons folder (reduction of paper archiving while facilitating access to information).

In the report scorecard

• More ergonomic report production console;
• Exporting of reports offering exceptional quality;
• Addition of the exporting format in PDF;
• Reports programmed by using Crystal Report¹ technology.

Graphs

• Addition of several charts and improvement of their presentation;
• More ergonomic presentation;
• More modern design;
• Accelerated on-screen display speed.
